Paul R. Gudonis

Chairman &
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Gudonis has served as CEO of Myomo for the past ten years, positioning the company as the leader in medical robotics to overcome upper limb paralysis. He has pioneered new technologies and created new markets during his 40-year career spanning biomedical devices, robotics, software, and telecommunications services. From launching the first cell phone service in the country at AT&T to building the first Internet backbone network at BBN into a billion-dollar global services provider, he has grown venture-backed startup companies, led several publicly held corporations, and expanded the FIRST Robotics program to record growth and profitability.

He has served as a board member of public and private companies, and as Chairman of the Massachusetts High Tech Council. He is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at his alma mater, Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering, where he earned his degree in electrical engineering. At the university, he is a member of the Biomedical Engineering Department council, an industry advisor to the NUvention medical device innovation program, and advises a student-led startup, Design for America, which is expanding to college campuses nationwide to develop entrepreneurial solutions for local nonprofits. He also earned his MBA degree from Harvard University.

Thomas A. Crowley

Tom is an experienced corporate executive, advisor and board member, working with early-stage to mid-size companies. He brings over three decades of expertise in strategic planning, operational leadership and optimizing revenues and shareholder value in the medical device markets.

Mr. Crowley is CEO of Vertical Spine, LLC, and currently serves on the Boards of Vertical Spine, LLC, Cascade Medical Enterprises, LLC in addition to Myomo, Inc. He is actively engaged in providing governance and business advice involving financial transactions, business strategy and execution to two medical device companies. He has also served as Chairman of Core Essence Orthopedics, Inc. Board Member of Aircast, LLC and QDx Diagnostics and member, Corporate Advisory Council, American Society for Surgery of the Hand.

Prior to his current role, Thomas was President of Small Bone Innovations, Inc., Managing Director – Healthcare Investment Banking at Friedman Billings Ramsey, Chief Executive at Aircast, LLC, Senior VP and GM, PSS Ventures and VP, Clinical Business Unit at Hoffman LA Roche. Mr. Crowley holds a BA from Fairfield University, Fairfield, CT, MS, Columbia University School of Business, New York, NY and is a Graduate, U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, Ft. Leavenworth, KS.

Milton Morris, PhD

Chair of Technology, Quality and Regulatory Committee

Milton M. Morris, Ph.D. is a Medical Technology C-Suite Executive and a public/private company Independent Board Member and Trustee.  Milton most recently led Neuspera Medical, a Commercial Stage Privately held company, as President and CEO.  During his 7 year tenure, the Neuspera program experienced steady and rapid growth in valuation driven by strong institutional and strategic financing and achievement of several key program milestones for its ultra-miniaturized neurostimulator technology.  Prior to Neuspera, Dr. Morris held executive and research positions at Cyberonics (now LivaNova), Guidant Corporation, and Boston Scientific Corporation. He is named as an inventor on over 30 patents and an author on 20 peer reviewed publications, book chapters, abstracts and scientific presentations. Dr. Morris serves on the board of trustees for Northwestern University where he chairs the Northwestern Medicine Committee and serves on the boards of Embecta Corp (NASDAQ, EMBC) a recent spin out of Becton, Dickinson and Company with treatment solutions for patients struggling with diabetes and Nordson Corporation (NASDAQ, NDSN), a global leader in precision technology solutions.  Dr. Morris is a Fellow in the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) where he was inducted for contributions to developing and commercializing innovations in bioelectronic medicine.

Dr. Morris received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, a Masters and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University.

Thomas Kirk

Lead Independent Director, Chair of Nominating and Governance Committee

Thomas Kirk is a leader in the Orthotics & Prosthetics industry. He is the Chairman of the Board for American Medical Staffing, Inc. (AMS) and from 2013 until 2024 he was Chairman & CEO of AMS. During this period, its revenues increased by 500 percent, its domestic footprint grew, and its service offerings expanded beyond surgical assistants for hospitals to include the addition of nurses, advanced practice clinicians and therapeutic professionals for hospitals, government institutions and education facilities. Before this he served as the CEO for 5 years and COO for 7 years at Hanger, Inc., building the company into the largest provider of O&P services in the country, with over 750 locations and $1 billion in annual revenues. During and after his tenure at Hanger, he held numerous positions of leadership in the American Orthotics and Prosthetics Association (AOPA) including President and chairman of several committees. Mr. Kirk has a mechanical engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University, earned his MBA and PhD at the University of Pittsburgh, and has served in operational and financial management roles at a number of public and private companies during his career.

Heather C. Getz

Chair of Audit Committee

Heather Getz is the executive vice-president and chief financial and operations officer at Butterfly Network, Inc., (NYSE: BFLY) where she oversees all of Butterfly’s shared services including corporate finance, human resources, legal, compliance, investor relations, business systems and commercial operations. Butterfly is an innovative digital health business transforming care with handheld, whole-body ultrasound. Since joining Butterfly, Heather had removed over $170 million of cost and extended the cash runway over 3 years.  Prior to Butterfly, Ms. Getz was the executive vice president and chief financial and administrative officer at BioTelemetry, Inc., (NASDAQ:BEAT) a leading remote medical technology company. At BioTelemetry, Ms. Getz successfully led the acquisition and integration of 16 companies and secured over $400 million in financing.  She also played a significant role in the development of the Company’s strategy for establishing and maintaining reimbursement rates with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Her experience also includes leading corporate development and product sales while at BioTelemetry. During her tenure, BioTelemetry grew from just over $100 million in revenue to almost $500 million in revenue in 2021, while profitability increased over 30X. In February 2021, BioTelemetry sold the Company to Philips Healthcare for $2.8 billion an increase in enterprise value of over $2.5 billion.  Ms. Getz has held other executive positions at VIASYS Healthcare Inc., and Alita Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Heather holds an M.B.A. and a B.A. in Accountancy from Villanova University. She is a certified public accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Investor Relations Institute. Her board experience includes prior directorships at VitalConnect, Inc., a privately held remote monitoring and technology company and ADEA, a privately held healthcare company based in Sweden.

 

William J. Febbo

William J. Febbo was appointed to our board of directors on April 14, 2026. Mr. Febbo currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Performance Health Systems, a privately-held company that utilizes health and wellness equipment to improve mobility for people at home, businesses, and clinics, which he joined in February 2026. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of OptimizeRx Corporation (NASDAQ: OPRX) from 2015 to 2024, where he transformed the company from a single point-of-care product provider into an AI-driven omnichannel platform. Under his leadership, revenue grew from $5 million to $92 million, achieving a five-year CAGR of 41%. He also led OptimizeRx’s uplisting from OTC to Nasdaq and expanded its digital healthcare network, contributing to significant growth in its market capitalization. Mr. Febbo has also co-founded and led companies focused on the capital markets, including Merriman Holdings, Inc., and Digital Capital Network. Mr. Febbo received a BA in International Studies and Spanish from Dickinson College. He is an MIT-affiliated faculty member and mentor in the linQ program, supporting biomedical innovations addressing major health and medical challenges. He also in a Mentor for the X & Y Class at Harvard Business School..

Joseph Manko

Board of Directors Member

Joseph M. Manko, Jr. was appointed to the board of directors on May 9, 2026. Mr. Manko has been the Senior Principal in Horton Capital Management LLC, the investment manager for the Horton Capital Partners Fund, LP (“Horton Fund”) since 2013. The Horton Fund is a significant shareholder in the Company. Mr. Manko has over 25 years of investment experience in the asset management, investment banking, private equity and corporate securities markets. From 2005 to 2010, Mr. Manko was a Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Switzerland-based BZ Fund Management Limited, where he was responsible for corporate finance, private equity investments, three public equity funds and the firm’s Special Situations and Event-Driven strategies. Prior to that Mr. Manko was a Managing Director with Deutsche Bank in London. He began his investment banking career at Merrill Lynch as a Vice President in Hong Kong and prior to that, Mr. Manko was a corporate finance attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Mr. Manko has served on the board of several companies in the med-tech and bio-pharmaceutical industry and has advised numerous companies in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medtech industries and currently serves as a director and Chairman of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. and director of KORU Medical Systems, Inc. and previously served as a director of Wireless Telecom Group, Inc., One Stop Systems, Inc., and Creative Realities, Inc. Mr. Manko earned both his B.A. and Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania.
