Peter Young, Sr. Director of Field Operations at Myomo, joined Myomo in November, 2019. He brings over two decades of expertise in the medical equipment industry. With a robust background spanning Sales and Marketing, Corporate Training, Med Device Funding, and Operations Management, Peter has held leadership roles with leading manufacturers and providers of custom fabricated and custom fit CRT (Custom Rehab Technology) medical equipment. At Myomo, Peter oversees the Field Operations teams, leading dedicated groups of Intake Coordinators, Patient Eligibility Specialists, and licensed Prosthetic & Orthotic clinicians. These teams play a crucial role in the journey of MyoPro users by determining patient candidacy, performing clinical evaluations, taking custom measurements, and completing the final fitting and delivery of the MyoPro. Collaborating closely with the Clinical Outcomes team, the Field Operations team ensures that every Myomo patient achieves an optimal outcome.
