What is MyoCare?

MyoCare is Myomo’s post-delivery program that provides follow-up care with clients, their therapists, and referral sources. We established this program to help our clients enjoy early adoption and continued satisfaction with their MyoPro. It is recommended that all new MyoPro users attend Occupational or Physical therapy to develop proficiency and independence with their MyoPro.

What is a MyoCare Coach?

A MyoCoach® is a clinical resource that will partner with MyoPro users and therapists by communicating on a consistent basis, via phone or telehealth, to enhance the likelihood of achieving long-term benefits and better outcomes with the MyoPro.

The MyoCare Coach engages the user to participate as an active member of their own care team, provides guidance on clinical use and how to achieve goals, answers questions, resolves problems, coordinates resources, and helps users become more functional with their MyoPro.

What are MyoGames?

MyoGames is a video game platform by Myomo to augment training and rehabilitation of MyoPro users by making exercises fun. A user can play games on their Myomo laptop by actively engaging the paralyzed or weakened arm or hand with the MyoPro. As their arm or hand moves, their MyoPro communicates via Bluetooth with the laptop to register a corresponding game action. The game counts the repetitions and the time of use and monitors user actions against goals that were set by the user or their therapist. The real-time game is played in the cloud. The first game, Basketball, is available to all new MyoCare users.

MyoGames were developed in collaboration with Lusio Technology Pty Ltd, a gamified rehab technology provider focused on the rehabilitation market and based in Sydney, Australia.
