Product Manager

The Product Manager will support upstream marketing and the development of new product introductions and manage product decisions for current on-market products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business requirements for new products and enhancements to existing products; work with R&D on functional specifications and feature/function prioritization. Create detailed customer needs and prioritize into requirements using tools such as voice of customer.
  • Define end-to-end product lifecycle requirements for products and execute all product-related tasks, driving continuous improvement in cross-functional processes.
  • Capability to demonstrate a track record of working collaboratively with customers and clinicians to execute user assessments & Voice of Customer activities.
  • Partner closely with R&D team to translate customer needs to a pipeline of innovation and ensure product excellence through each stage of the established new product development and introduction process.
  • Support the implementation of product and technology-related strategies to maximize company revenue, profit and/or meet long-term business objectives. Assist in the execution of Myomo’s New Product Roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or scientific field; MBA/advanced degree a plus, with 5+ years’ experience in product management and/or marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability in building collaborative relationships across functions.
  • Some medical device product and clinical experience is highly desired.
  • Strong verbal, written, communication, and presentation abilities, along with empathy for customers and a passion for growth.
  • Analytical, process-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. (PowerPoint)
