Dr. Shin is a neurosurgeon at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN specializing in hand and microvascular surgery. He is a Fellow of the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Medical School. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served as a resident at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, CA. He has published extensively based on his research in traumatic peripheral nerve injuries and other upper extremity surgical procedures.
