Thank you for your interest in Myomo and the MyoPro. We are excited to collaborate with you and your patient candidates. To dispense the MyoPro, Orthotic and Prosthetic (O&P) providers must first become a Myomo Center of Excellence (COE), with COE clinicians then becoming MyoPro Certified.
MyoPro Certification classes will commence in 2025, with multiple dates and locations for the three-day certification class to be announced soon.
  • Until then, providers can become a Provisional Myomo Center of Excellence, allowing them to dispense the MyoPro with support directly from Myomo’s internal team of certified clinicians.
To become a Provisional COE, the first step is to meet with our team to discuss the program, product, and contract. Please complete the inquiry form, and a Business Account Manager will contact you to schedule this meeting.
  • Once approved as a Provisional COE, your clinicians (CO/CP/CPO) will complete a virtual training to prepare them to clinically evaluate patients for a MyoPro. After this training, and once a patient has successfully passed the clinical evaluation and funding is secured (e.g., insurance authorization), a MyoPro Certified clinician will assist you in person with the shape capture, fulfillment, and delivery of the MyoPro brace.
  • New MyoPro users will need to engage in Occupational or Physical therapy immediately after delivery to enhance their proficiency and independence with their MyoPro. Provisional COE’s will identify and coordinate a patient referral to an interested treating therapist. Myomo will initially train your therapist via a 90-minute webinar. Additionally, each COE must establish a post-delivery program that offers follow-up care for the patient and therapist training/support. (i.e., Routine follow-up appts for fit, function, and outcome tracking).
When the full Myomo certification programs commence in 2025, Provisional COEs will transition to the standard Myomo COE program. At that time, your clinicians may register to attend in-person training to complete their full MyoPro training to become MyoPro Certified. For further questions, please visit our FAQs.
