Paul R. Gudonis
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Gudonis has served as CEO of Myomo for the past five years, positioning the company as the leader in medical robotics to overcome upper limb paralysis. He has pioneered new technologies and created new markets during his 30-year career spanning biomedical devices, robotics, software, and telecommunications services. From launching the first cellphone service in the country at AT&T to building the first Internet backbone network at BBN into a billion-dollar global services provider, he has grown venture-backed startup companies, led several publicly held corporations, and expanded the US FIRST robotics program to record growth and profitability.
He has served as a board member of public and private companies, and as Chairman of the Massachusetts High Tech Council. He is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at his alma mater, Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering, where he earned his degree in electrical engineering. At the university, he is member of the Biomedical Engineering Department council, an industry advisor to the NUvention medical device innovation program, and advises a student-led startup, Design for America, which is expanding to college campuses nationwide to develop entrepreneurial solutions for local nonprofits . He also earned his MBA degree from Harvard University.

Thomas Kirk is a leader in the Orthotics & Prosthetics industry. He is currently CEO of American Surgical Professionals and previously served as the CEO for 5 years and COO for 6 years at Hanger, Inc., building the company into the largest provider of O&P services in the country, with over 750 locations and $1 billion in annual revenues. Over the last 15 years, he has held numerous positions of leadership in the American Orthotics and Prosthetics Association (AOPA) including President and chairman of numerous committees. Mr. Kirk has a mechanical engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University, earned his PhD at the University of Pittsburgh, and has served in operational and financial management roles at a number of companies during his career.

Amy Knapp held a sequence of roles at United Health Group with profit and loss responsibility for various customer segment and regional business units as large as $15 billion in annual revenue. She also serves on many healthcare related boards of directors including: Mt Sinai Medical Center (a thousand bed teaching hospital in Miami Beach); Affinity Health Plan (a Medicaid health plan in the Bronx); and Voxiva (a text based digital health and wellness company in Washington DC). She earned a BA from Pomona College, Claremont, CA and an MBA from University of Southern California.
Thomas A. Crowley, Jr.
Chair of Compensation Committee
Tom is an experienced corporate executive, advisor and board member, working with early-stage to mid-size companies. He brings over three decades of expertise in strategic planning, operational leadership and optimizing revenues and shareholder value in the medical device markets.
Mr. Crowley is CEO of Vertical Spine, LLC, and currently serves on the Boards of Vertical Spine, LLC, Cascade Medical Enterprises, LLC in addition to Myomo, Inc. He is actively engaged in providing governance and business advice involving financial transactions, business strategy and execution to four medical device companies and two private equity firms. He has also served as Chairman of Core Essence Orthopedics, Inc. Board Member of Aircast, LLC and QDx Diagnostics and member, Corporate Advisory Council, American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
Prior to his current role, Thomas was President of Small Bone Innovations, Inc., Managing Director - Healthcare Investment Banking at Friedman Billings Ramsey, Chief Executive at Aircast, LLC, Senior VP and GM, PSS Ventures and VP, Clinical Business Unit at Hoffman LA Roche. Mr. Crowley holds a BA from Fairfield University, Fairfield, CT, MS, Columbia University School of Business, New York, NY and is a Graduate, U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, Ft. Leavenworth, KS.
Mr. Sanghi has served as Chief Executive Officer of Microchip Technology since October 1991, and Chairman of the Board of Directors since October 1993, growing its annual revenues to $3 billion from $89 million during his tenure. In June 1995, Mr. Sanghi received the Arizona Entrepreneur of the Year award. He is co-author of the book “Driving Excellence: How the Aggregate System Turned Microchip Technology from a Failing Company to a Market Leader (Wiley; April 2006),” along with Michael J. Jones, Microchip’s former head of human resources. He has also held executive positions at Waferscale Integration, Inc., and Intel Corporation, as well as serving on the board of directors of several publicly-traded technology companies. Mr. Sanghi holds a Masters of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communication from Punjab University, India.
